Photo 1 for Softub Circuit Board,used, Fits All Digital Softubs - 140/220/300 Gallon

With the circuit board disconnected, when I apply 5 volts independently to each relay, it closes and holds. When the board is installed in the tub the relay that controls the motor does not remain engaged. Based on your experience, what problem does this suggest? Thanks, Tom
