Watkins manufactured - Hot Springs, Ryhthm Brown exterior white interior , purchased 2018, works perfect. Condition is "Used". We are moving and buyers do not want it. And it will not fit at the new house, works great , no cover , minor cigarette burn on control panel as shown in picture and small stress crack where cover arm connects due to cover getting waterlogged and overloading hinge but arm works fine, head rest pads are worn could use new ones controls heater motor all in great shape .
