Hello Sir, this is the exact circulation pump I need for my Hot Springs Hot tub by Watkins. How can you help me understand this is indeed a NEW pump motor and not used? I need a stand by in event my 5 year old motor goes out dead of winter at 5 below zero. I need this purchase to last as would a new one, and not just run for 12 to 24 months. Lastly will you return my $ if I find the one you ship me to be used? Thank you for your time answering my question.
