The purchaser must collect and arrange for and dismantling required as well as lifting of the hot tub over a garden wall, approx 6ft in height. Collection to be made on Mon 4th (after10am) or Tues 5th October - access times are restricted as this is a working holiday cottage.
Buyer should note that the hot tub must be sited in a position that can cope with the weight of a filled tub and on level ground. Installation on new site may require some adjustment of retaining bands as the wood may dry out and shift slightly in transit which may cause some leakage when tub is newly sited.
