Recently moved home and this was included in the sale After moving in we realised the summer house was solid but the floor was rotting in places as the tub had a previous leak that was left for some time. Good points the main pump the heater and the blower works but the secondary pump is seized ( replacement is around £150 ) the hot tub is usable and comes with all the chemicals you will need The cover and easy lift system and steps are included in the sale ( new ones would cost you approx £400) I’m pretty sure the summer house was build around the hot tub so the buyer would have to dismantle the summer house themselves and arrange moving the hot tub .
