This element is very rigid and is 2.0" tall, and recommended only for experienced spa technicians, it requires a bit of patience and finesse to install as it, as it is a tightfit in most heater housings, and can be damaged if not worked into place very carefully. Sized for 2.25" diameter flo-thru heater housings with 1-1/4" terminal spacing, with 1/2" bulkhead holes in housing, these are all very common, standard dimensions.

For a proper fit you need your heater housing to conform to the details listed which again are: Stainless Steel Housing outside diameter must be 2.25" (2-1/4 inch) Housing hole size for terminals must be 1/2 inch. Housing must require an overall element length of approximately 9.1 inch. (Longer lasting than elements rated 5.5kw which run extremely hot.)
