Brand new foam filter compatible with LayZ spa Hot Tubs.These filters are designed to fit LayZ spa pumps size VIBlue Colour and round shape These filters are compatible with the Paris, Monaco, Vegas, Miami and Palm Spring LayZ spa hot tubs I used to use paper filters but it was costing a fortune and I noticed the pump struggling to circulate water if i was late changing them. I decided to look into foam filters and I've been testing them for the past year to decide on the best ratio of materials. Using these filters I'm selling in my listing I've been running the same pump for 2 years problem free and the pump strength is still like it was when it was new. Super high quality, don't be fooled by other types of foam filters on classifieds board. These are made from specially sourced hard wearing firm foam designed to cope with higher than average levels of chlorine/bromine and will not deteriorate half as much as cheaper models out there.

Stay away from over sized foam filters as when these get dirty they put excessive strain on the pump! This listing is for foam filters NOT the plastic casing! Choose your quantity in the drop box As the filters are hard wearing you can use warm soapy water to clean and reuse the filters (please rinse thoroughly and make sure no soap is left on the filter before you reinstall it) PLEASE NOTE; these blue filters will lose some colour. This is completely normal. To limit this happening please make sure your Chlorine/bromine levels are correct and your water is changed at the correct intervals.

Also please make sure your filters are changed regularly to protect your pump and keep your water clean. Its recommended that you use Bromine as this chemical is more filter friendly than Chlorine. If you choose to use chlorine granules i would stay away from all types of foam filter as it takes special knowledge to look after the filter These filters are round for a tighter fit and a more consistent surface area that will help prolong the life of the pump (not cheaply made misshapen filters like I've seen for sale elsewhere). Customer service is my number 1 priority I'd recommend you use Bromine instead of Chlorine with these filters as its cheaper, odourless, better for your skin and way more filter friendly. If you do choose to use Chlorine its good practise to change these filters weekly! If you use granules i would stay away from all foam filters!
