Could be a number of things causing it.

Your EASY-SCALE ™️ descaler will help with water flow by descaling the pump and assist diagnosing if it’s the pump or tub causing E02 errors as it’s used by separating the pump and the tub. Simply separate the pump from the tub and attach your EASY-SCALE ™️ descaler to the pump, add water and the sachet of descaler supplied and heat for 30 mins on 40°C. Rinse with fresh water and away you go! You’ve paid a lot of money for the hot tub so why not invest in a one-off insurance against limescale.
