Softub T300s 6-Person Hot Tub Spa + Pump Heater Upgrade & Bespoke Lid - Swanley

I’ve had offers from a few different people but some hadn’t messaged me. This is not a straight forward item that I can package and book a courier so I’d like to have some communication with any potential buyer. The last pic is a screenshot from a video I have on my phone when I filled the tub last summer. The jets are stronger than standard because of the upgraded pump which gives a nicer experience. The buyer is welcome to the lid and frame I built. It can be reused if you have some diy skills. It’s built against a wall and that would be needed again (or in s corner) if not the frame will need further work to close off the wall side.

I can supply some extra wood if needed. The lid is insulated (celotex) with a foam seal for the tub, it’s finished in a black vinyl/ leatherette and hinged in 2 places. The wood frame and lid is approx 265cm x 216cm x 80cm from the wall. I have painted the sides black but i will include some extra vinyl if you’d like to match them to the lid. I didn’t get round to putting the 2 electric switches on the frame.

I won’t do that so the buyer can choose where they put them. All wiring is done, there’s 2 switches, the pump one is on/off/on for the two separate speeds and the heater switch is illuminated red and on or off. This lid/frame is a much nicer looking set up than the a softub and has better insulation plus the new pump heater combination is a huge upgrade and I’m selling way cheaper than some on classifieds board as seen in my pictures. As seen in screen shot pics typically these sell on classifieds board around £5000. My one is the largest version, the older one without the lights.

See last pic for spec and dimensions etc. The blue liner on the tub has faded a little and there’s some run marks at the top. I started cleaning it up with a cleaner and the run marks come out and the blue gets a brighter blue again. I’m not cleaning it fully though, the buyer can do this but I’ll supply some of the cleaning fluid. This tub doesn’t have the original softub heater/pump as it was pretty useless, it broke which is common and it’s just not worth replacing imo.

It’s not a true heater it just draws heat from the pump motor and takes an age to heat up. Softub says it takes 48 hours to heat. It’s also only single speed pump. I upgraded the tub to a 2 speed more powerful pump and a separate 2000w heater. All are on separate waterproof switches.

My tub is built into a frame, you are welcome to take the frame (not the grey side wall) and the lid and modify/reuse it or if you don’t want the frame then you’d need a box/cover for the pump heater to remain dry.
