Cedar wood portable outdoor spa / hot tub with cover, step, chemicals & pool fencing package Getting ready to move and although it is tempting to take the spa along, I am so over being the only one caring for it.The spa was 2-3 years when we bought it in 2014 and the previous owners had it under cover. Since then, although outside, we have always had a shade sail over it and had the cover on when not in use. The cedar paneling is in good condition although it could do with a coat of decking oil. The spa shell itself has no noticable chips or cracks and the vinyl covered head rests are still soft with no cracks. Also has water heating capacity but we only used it 2-3 times as I can't think of a better way to waste electricity.- Square cedar shell can fit up to four people comfortably.- Overall size is 2 m x 2 m and takes about 1000 litres to fill- Height is 820mm and we got it through a 900mm gate easily tipped in its side and using two dolly trolleys and 4 people Please note that if you want to run the pump, aerator, booster pump and heater all at once, there is provision for the master control box to be hard wired in - the sparkie mentioned something like 32 amps. In preparation for selling, I have had the spa hard wiring disconnected from my meter box, but it is still possible to run the filter using an extension lead and I am planning to keep water in the spa so that I can show the successful buyer how the unit works COVER - DescriptionThe soft cover is less that a year old is easy to put on and take off. OTHER EXTRAS- The unit will be sold with various water treatment chemicals as well as an ozone filter if you want to be a perfectionist.- Included in the sale is three sides of pool fencing and the self latching gate.
