We back all of our shells with a industry leading 36 Ounce custom stitched woven roving glass mat this makes our shells stronger than any other Manufacture. The last step is spraying a hull coating to the outer surface of the entire shell just like custom boat manufactures use to prevent any water from entering the laminates from outside ground water.

Most swim spas are built only using chopped strand mat and no hand laid woven mat, some are even built overseas to save money.
