Please note this disclaimer: have just discovered some termite damage in the wooden base (not part of the spa) that the spa sits on above the concrete slab, and at the bottom of some of the cedar cladding on the exterior of the spa. Though not immediately obvious, the cladding may need to be replaced. Absolute bargain especially for a handyman (to replace the cladding).
