Signature Spas Cadillac 3 2017 Model

We bought this spa 2 years ago but after little use decided to upgrade to a pool. As we now have a pool we no longer need the spa and would prefer to spend the money on landscaping. New models retail for $13990. Dimensions are 3000x2330x900mm. It has 61 jets, 3 pumps and seats 12 people.

It has always been undercover and never exposed to the elements. Comes with everything needed to run and maintain such as cover, steps and chemicals. We used the peroxil chemicals which are odorless and safe for asthmatic or respiratory problems. The pumps have only had 3-4 hours use over it's life time and the filters have always been cleaned fortnightly and water replaced every 6 months. It is currently ready for use and all functions can be tested and inspected before purchasing.

No swaps and low ball offers will get no response. Local Transport can also be arranged.
