Item specs:The Lay-Z-Spa Hawaii Inflatable Lid is a direct replacement for the lid on all Lay-Z-Spa Hawaii (Model No. 54154) spas. If your existing lid is damaged then the water temperature in your Lay-Z-Spa will quickly plummet as well as taking longer to heat through.Unlike the lids on previous Lay-Z-Spa models, which sat on the water's surface, this Lay-Z-Spa lid fits snugly inside the cover of the Lay-Z-Spa Hawaii. This improves insulation, helping to maintain water temperature when the spa has been switched off.

It's worth noting that the lid should be placed inside the cover before inflation as the hole is too small for a fully inflated lid to fit through.If you want to cut the cost of heating your Lay-Z-Spa, an undamaged lid is absolutely essential.Please note, this is a replacement part only and not a whole Lay z Spa Hot Tub system. I have ordered an item by mistake but am yet to pay, can you cancel the order? When you commit to buy an item, classifieds board take a percentage of the bid from our account, if you then decide not to purchase the item it means the sale must be cancelled and a mutual no-sale aggreement procedure has to be implemented to recover our cost, this will incur a staff administration fee of £2 per cancelled item but no classifieds board strike will be issued I have bought and received an item but no longer want, can I return it? Yes you may return it for a refund, as long as the item is returned in the exact same condition it left us in and within the time stated in our returns policy.

The refund for the order would then be minus the outgoing postage costs, return costs are your responsibility. If the item was sold with 'freepost' and is being returned in error, then the outgoing postage cost will be deducted from the refund Can you offer a discount on the shipping if I buy more than 1 item? Yes sure as long as we haven't already 'dispatched' the item. Please message us through the contact us link or call on 0phone to advise of the new delivery address. If the item has already been dispatched then the delivery address cannot be amended. I haven't received my order yet, where is it? If the items 'estimated delivery' dates have been surpassed then please contact us and we can chase up the order.

If the item was sent via tracked delivery then you can search the tracking number on the couriers website to see where the item is. During peak periods there may be a delay with delivery when the courier is exceptionally busy (i.e Christmas).
