Original Outdoor Spa installed in 1981. Was installed in timber decking . Hasn't been used in ?? 20 years , Measurements :  Diameter 152.4 cm Depth 91.4 cm Lip 10 cm  Fibreglass  with a gelcoat resin . Comes with plumbing parts and filter , working condition unknown ??

  It will be required to be removed by 2 men , as there are a lot of stairs which will make it awkward . Local pick-up from Cromer Heights .
