Outdoor Built-In Spa 7 Seater No Reserve

It is time to see our baby go. We just aren't using her enough (last used over a year ago) and we need the space for our son's cubby (life moves on). Much beer and pizza has been consumed in this little beauty (although i strongly recommend against eating pizza in the spa - floating capricciosa toppings are not a good look and are a shocker to clean up). I have listed it as a 7 seater but we often had 8 people in there (one person on the step area). Please note that we are not selling a spa, we are selling a lifestyle.

Specifications:- Spa (fibreglass is in very good condition) 2.37m x 2.18m + cover- Hurlon Gas Heater HX 120- Dega Quiptron C696 Cartridge Filter- Onga / Dega Pump- Dega Quiptron Spa Blower 7 amp Also comes with: (if you want - but i wont force you to take this stuff!)- Various spa / pool chemicals, water testing kits etc- Decking- Decking structure (whatever you can salvage)- Hammock- Umbrella (pretty dodgy condition and the turn handle is broken)- Pool fence Issues to note: - Many of the jet swivel things have lost their ball-bearings and need replacing (they still shoot water out forcefully just not in that swivelly way)- i never worked out what one of the buttons on the spa did, but I know one turns the blower on and off- Spa cover is broken (only replaced a few years ago!). Time for a new one.- You will need to dismantle the spa, all equipment and accessories and the decking yourself. Purchaser agrees to remove the spa by 23/04/2017. Located in Spotswood, Victoria (just over the West Gate Bridge). We have rear lane access (which runs just behind the spa).

Lane is max 3m wide and has a dead end with no turning circle space (ie you will need to reverse either in or out). LOTS OF FUN!!
