That means parts are easy to get. :) Spa is in the higher quality range, called "high end", like a Hot Springs but not nearly as pricey as one. High end spas can be purchased new "on sale" in spa stores, but nowhere NEAR as low as 4900. :) If you've ever been to a spa store then you know the higher end spas are $7000-$12,000, your cost, depending on the size. This is a premium spa, very good quality, and loaded with good features.
And style! The pics of it look spectacular but it looks even better in person. It's made by a Florida manufacturer who used to make fiberglass boats. But for 20 years they also produce about 5000 hot tubs per year according to my spa supplier. Definitely one of the hottest looking spas I've seen in my 15 years in spas, it's very pleasing to the eyes.
Besides it's wicked good looks and curves, when you sit in it you will notice how comfy the seats are. Even without water in it. Which means no pressure points. :) Plus, it's easier to maintain than "lower end" spas. It has plenty of large nozzle high volume jets, a REALLY attractive lighting system, 2 LED light-up roman water spout fountains, also an LED light-up drink coaster!

Build Description: The reason it's a good quality spa is because it has the 4 ingredients of a good spa: a thick fiberglass shell, plumbed with glue AND clamps, a fully reinforced frame, a thick plastic bottom, and name brand equipment and pumps.
Most spas do NOT have all of these ingredients. But this one is good quality, a good and solid spa. I used to haulaway old hot tubs for 5 years so I've seen it all! So many spas with thin shells that flex, and cheap cabinets that warp after a few years. No good.
You want the thickest fiberglass shell you can find, like when you buy a boat, you want the thickest hull you can find. Same thing here. This is a very nicely formed spa too, high tech and wild looking, computer designed! The controls are digital, very easy to use. It has a variety of large-nozzle soft feel jets for your back, and a variety of medium to heavy flow jets for your neck, calves and feet.
It also has full air with air controllers near the seats, always a nice feature. The interior shell has a really nice modern-contemporary finish, it looks very classy and makes the water look very clear and clean. The outside exterior cabinet are synthetic panels, not laminate, it looks fantastic. And classy too, not cheap looking. Just rich looking.
Plus it's maintenance free! Made with high quality synthetic material, thick too. Spa also has soft padded headrests that DONT fade prematurely. Also LED lit drink holders to set drinks too. :) Spa is fully foamed inside, but not over-foamed where you can't service it easily.
Even the floor is foamed. But the key thing is it's not over foamed, very important. And all the exterior panels are removable, all sides 360, making it a very easy spa to service. The spa has overheat and freeze protection of course. AND it has the 4 most important ingredients in a spa: a thick rigid shell, a full and solid frame, a thick plastic bottom, and name brand electrical equipment!
Good spas like this last 20+ years. The heater is even stainless steel, nice. Also worth mentioning: there's almost NO proprietary parts in this spa which means you can easily find parts for it from online parts suppliers. :) Also, there's a special feature definitely worth mentioning: the spa shell has column supports under each corner seat of the shell, a helpful structural feature that's missing in most spas. Spa Cover: A cover is not included with the spa however I can get you one new for only 175 and deliver it with the spa.

If any panels are damaged in shipping I simply mail you what you need. :) Shipping the spa to you: It's easy to do. So if you are not local but want to buy this spa I can arrange shipping as a courtesy no problem.
Shipping your spa is easy and also dirt cheap if you use me, because I can get it for less than HALF of what you would pay if you set it up yourself (it's around $600-900 if you call a carrier yourself). But through me it's only around the price of an airline ticket or local spa move - so only about 250 to 650 depending on your distance from Florida of course. I will palletize and wrap the spa beautifully like how the factory does it when they ship one to a dealer, maybe even better actually. Transit time is typically 1 day PER state from Florida. The freight company will call you once your spa arrives at your local terminal near you so they can schedule your delivery date with you.
They usually deliver in the mornings or early afternoons. IF they ask you if you have a way to unload it from the truck, just say YES no problem. Note: You will need 4 strong people to pull it off of the truck, the driver will not help unless you order "lift gate delivery". Only 50 bucks extra. Otherwise it's actually quite easy to unload it with only 4 people.

But whatever spa you buy just try not to make the mistake of buying a lower quality spa just to save money upfront because a thin shell and poorly plumbed spa is usually poor performing and tend to be leakers after the warranty runs out. It's true. It's difficult for many manufacturers to produce a thick enough spa shell because they warp easily during production.
-the thicker you build it up, the more they warp. Thus it takes much experience and skill to produce a thick spa shell. Just like it takes skill to produce a good boat. Same with spa shells. That's what we do here in Florida, we make good boats and good spa shells, lol, it's true!
