Hot Tub 5 Person Lbi, Nj Area

5 person hot tub. Here is what I know: Great deal here. We want the space to expand the bar and outdoor seating area. Originally, we thought we would use the tub which came with the house. The tub turned on and was working last summer when I had a spa company out to the house.

We wound up not wanting to through the expense of the monthly maintenance and upkeep as we do not live at this house full time. The spa is at ground level. No steps to deal with. You will need to come and haul it away. I will have the electrical connections disconnected by my electrician prior to your arrival.

The hot tub is in Barnegat, NJ (NOT Fort Lee!)...Exit 67 on the GSP. You get everything you see here. The tub, cover and the steps. Selling As-Is; No returns. I do not know how old the hot tub is but my spa guy guessed at least 10 years old.

If you want to come see it first, I can probably arrange that but - as stated - we are not there full time. Unfortunately, I cannot have you look at it when I'm not there as the house and yard is fully alarmed. Any questions...just ask...Thank you!!!
