Dream Maker RK19 4 Seater Grey Hot Tub Hard Body

I am listing for sale our ‘Plug in and Play’ moulded hot tub which we bought new in 2018 from Award Leisure in Tamworth. Brand new it was £4095. This hot tub is designed to work off a 13amp plug socket. It will need an access area of 34” through a gateway etc. Although if there were enough people it probably could be lifted over a fence with some effort.

Ideally it needs to be on a concrete base. This is a hard body 3-4 seater hot tub with steps and a cover. We have maintained this hot tub and Award Leisure have been out and replaced the heat pump recently costing £610. This is the part that will give up on a hot tub that’s getting older so you do not have to worry about that issue. I’m looking to sell the hot tub along with all of the paperwork from its purchase, service/repair history.

The hardbody hot tub, control panel, lighting, jets and filtration system have no issues *that I am aware of*. I have recently filled and heated the hot tub with no issues. Although I have now emptied the unit as I’m looking to put my house on the market and can’t keep it. I have attached a video of the hot tub in action. The last time the hot tub was serviced by Award Leisure was March 2019.

It could use another service for sure but it’s never had any major issues apart from the heat pump which has now given it another lease of life. The current filter can be used but ideally needs to be replaced - the hot tub takes PDM28 - quick Google search £30 or cheaper. The hot tub cover is showing signs of age in that it’s slightly faded and bows slightly in the middle. This is very common in these covers. This doesn’t affect usage.

The clips on the side aren’t the most sturdy and a couple have gone brittle so could do with replacing. All of these items have replacements on classifieds board. A new cover is around £250 but isn’t necessary if you’re happy with the current one which still does it’s job. We always looked after this hot tub and it was never over used, there were periods of time when it was cleaned out and kept undercover and not used so there’s definitely plenty of life left in this item.
