 Requirements:
 A registered electrician will need to visit and install a circuit breaker (fuse) and a RCD in your electrical consumer unit and run a 32a- armoured cable to near your Hot Tub. A waterproof isolator switch will need to be installed about 2 meters away from your SPA and the electrician will have to hardwire the spa. 
 You also need to think about drainage as a large tub can contain several hundreds of litres of water. 
 Please consider you may need to empty your hot tub so allow for this. 
 Also, when installing a hot tub, you need to have a good look at the area you are installing it onto.

A tub when full can weigh a very considerable amount, and as such you need to ensure that it is perfectly level. With up to five tonnes of water in your hot tub you need to ensure that it cannot move around easily.You need to ensure that it is located on a nice firm and level surface.Never locate your hot tub on a loose surface; it is far better to place your hot tub on a hard surface.

 Returns are welcome if item is damaged, however the buyer will have to pay return postage to us. As soon as we receive the item back and it is checked, a refund of purchase price only will be given.

 Five Years Spa Shell We are warranted against water loss due to defects in the spa shell for five years from the original date of purchase.

 
 Two Year Electrical Equipment Components:  Electrical equipment components (specifically the pumps, heater, and control system) are warranted against malfunctions due to defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the original date of purchase.  Warranties for Other Components The spa cover, light bulb, light lenses, fuses, headrests, cabinet finish, Step and filter are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship or materials at the time of delivery. 
All other factory-installed components, including but not limited ozone, speakers and jets, are warranted against malfunction due to defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the date of purchase.   In the unlikely event that a part breaks down then simply phone us and we will arrange for the relevant part to be sent out to you. Other components - Filter cartridges, spa pillows, covers and stairs are not included in this warranty.

 
 This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, improper and irregular maintenance or accident or collision. Examples include, but are not limited to; Damage of surface due to leaving the spa uncovered or due to covering the spa with something other than lusospas Hot Tubs authorized cover, Damage to the surface due to contact with unapproved cleaners or solvents, Damages caused by operation of water temperature outside of the approved 34F – 104F levels, Damage caused by unapproved sanitizers such as calcium hypochlorite, sodium hypochlorite,“tri-chlor”type chlorine or sanitizing chemical that remain undisclosed on the spa surface, Damage due to dirty, clogged or calcified filter cartridge, Damage caused by failure to provide an even, sufficient support of spa, low water level.  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT LOW WATER LEVEL OR BLOCKED FILTERS ARE THE TWO MAIN CAUSES OF ISSUES WITH HOT TUBS. EITHER OF THESE CAN CAUSE THE SYSTEM TO RUN DRY AND RISK BURNING OUT THE HEATER. 
 Please note - All warranty parts will be sent out to customer within 10 days of problem reported.

Labour is not included in the warranty cover, we recommend you use our expert engineers to fit the parts at an additional cost or an experienced person in the hot tub industry. Warranty covers parts ONLY, labour is not included. 
 Delivery: (Please note delivery radius is within 200 miles of s45 postcode) Curbside Delivery: £199 within 200 miles 
 Delivery and Position: £250 within 200 Miles – Our two-man delivery team will position the hot tub where you want it provided you have suitable access. 
 Position and Installation: £350 within 200 miles – Our two-man delivery team will position the hot tub and install the hot tub to its power supply. Depending on what spa is purchased will depend on power needed.

No cable is provided with the hot tub. You will also get a basic guide of how to use the hot tub. 
 Collection: £49 – This covers use of forklifts, handling of paperwork.
