Warranty One-Year Spa Shell We are warranted against water loss due to defects in the spa shell for one year from the original date of purchase.

One-Year Electrical Equipment Components Electrical equipment components (specifically the pumps, heater, and control system) are warranted against malfunctions due to defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the original date of purchase. Warranties for other Components The spa cover, light bulb, light lenses, fuses, headrests, cabinet finish, Step and filter are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship or materials at the time of delivery. All other factory-installed components, including but not limited ozone, speakers and jets, are warranted against malfunction due to defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that a part breaks down then simply phone us and we will arrange for the relevant part to be sent out to you. Please note, labour is not included and we advise that the fitting of any spare part, electrical or plumbing-specific, be done by a trained engineer.

We cannot accept any liability regarding the installation of spare parts. Order Cancellation Please note that you are entitled to cancel this order if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than seven working days after the day on which you receive the Products. Returns Please note that when returning rejected goods, the package and contents must in perfect condition. If the product returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, We request that you do not assemble the goods if you plan to return them as this can damage the goods, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
