Jacuzzi J375 hottub spa pool - full working order. It's a J375, so whilst it describes itself as a 5-6 person tub, if you wanted to, it'd hold up to 8 people pretty comfortably as one of the seats is a lounger, but it's also completely brilliant to relax in alone, listening to some music, or just letting the jets soothe your aching muscles. The thermal insulated cover was new last year; we have also recently replaced all of the headrest pads and one of the two lights (the other is working fine, just a little age-related discoloration to the plastic cover) We find it quite inexpensive to run, it works with both Bromine or Chlorine, depending on your preference. You need a dedicated electrical supply, but any electrician worth their salt can do that for you. Once it's up to temp, it's thermostatically controlled and only heats when it needs to.

Included in the sale is the cover, steps, and whatever leftover Bromine chemical bits and pieces we have. You are welcome to come and see it working after you win the auction and before it is disconnected for removal. It needs to be gone by 6th Feb. We can give you an intro to the company who moved it here for us, if that would be helpful. In terms of getting it out of our property to yours, we'll sort an electrician to disconnect it in advance and a carpenter to get the summerhouse sufficiently disassembled so it can be removed, been advised that it would normally expect it to cost around £500 to get it out, onto a low-loader and to your address.
