Jacuzzi J375 Hot Tub

I bought this six years ago see photo of invoice. For the first three years it was outside now it’s in a summer house. Circumstances have changed and I need to convert the summer house to a granny flat. There’s nothing wrong with the hot tub it’s always had Jacuzzi chemicals and filters whenever it’s needed. There’s the usual age related wear.
