You must contact us before you return the item and you must return the item in it’s original box and packing material. The item must be in the same condition it was in when we shipped it. Buyer pays return shipping.

If the item is used or if the retail tags are removed, or the box has been opened and tossed the item can not be returned. In the case of a return when a buyer won't pay for custom duties and taxes, the buyer is responsible for the round shipping costs (based on actual charges from the courier company) and any charges incurred shipping products back. The refund amount is calculated deducting the fees and charges above mentioned.
