Please note that Power Equipment that has been gassed or oiled, Air Beds that have been inflated and Pool, Boating, Kayaking, Floating Equipment that has had water in it cannot be returned. After 30 days, all items are subject to the manufacturer's warranty and any service must be authorized by the manufacturer's customer service representative. Order Cancellation In order to provide Fast Free Shipping, we process orders almost immediately. If you would like to cancel and order that you have placed, you must contact us via classifieds board messaging immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled. Once an order has shipped, it cannot stopped or cancelled. An order is considered as shipped when a tracking number is assigned. When a tracking number is assigned it means the order has been processed by our warehouse, has been loaded on an outbound trailer and is in transit to the carrier's hub.
Tracking numbers are not "active" until the order is scanned into the carrier hub in the evening.
