Twin City Truck Centre aims to despatch all orders in a timely manner and our delivery partners are working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Currently, processing times are up to 2-4 business days for despatch and potentially a delivery time frame of 6-10 business days or more subject to the delivery location. Delays can sometimes be experienced and we thank you for your patience and understanding. Please look online at the respective couriers sites using the given tracking information once obtained. This will be put into classifieds board once the item is shipped.
Bulky items are delivered in multiple boxes and all boxes leave the warehouse at the same time but the courier may not deliver them together. If some boxes have been delivered and the remaining are missing, please wait for a few days for the balance to be delivered. Any longer delivery delays should be reported by you to us within 30 working days from the date of dispatch. These delivery delays will be investigated by our courier partner, which can take up to two working days. If we receive no update within two working days of notifying the partner, we will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Laws.
Bulky Item Shipping Cost:Free shipping is for capital city CBD areas only, excluding Perth, NT and ACT. If your postcode is in the regional/remote area, you can still place the order and our support team will contact you for the payment of the delivery cost which is determined by the size of the product and the delivery location. Tracking information will be added to classifieds board upon shipment. This will allow you to track your shipment via the respective couriers websites. Time specifics: All deliveries are made between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday - Friday by Twin City Truck Centre selected couriers. RETURNS Please be aware of the following conditions regarding returns and possible refunds. Our Customer Service team needs to approve all returns.
Important - When you receive the parcel, please check whether the package is intact, and open the package to check whether you received the correct, complete and functioning product. If there is an issue, the Customer needs to make contact with our customer service team within 10 days of goods being received. PLEASE DO NOT THROW OUT YOUR PACKAGING UNTIL YOU ARE SURE YOU WON'T BE RETURNING YOUR ORDER We generally need 5 business days to process your refund and replacement application. After we approve your application, you need to return the item to us. The refund/replacement usually takes up to 5 business days after we receive the returned merchandise and will notify you as soon as it is done.
Please note: - If the product is misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed, no refunds or replacements will be made. It is your responsibility to comply with the manufacturer's instructions and advice. Faulty Item Claims Unless stated otherwise, we offer a 12-month warranty on all products. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is faulty please contact us immediately. In addition to a detailed description of the problem, we ask that you provide us with some images (or a short video clip) so that we can quickly proceed with the warranty process.
Once approved by our customer service team we will contact you to confirm the process for the return, refund or replacement of the item or replacement parts as required. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval also we kindly advise that classifieds board cases do slow down the return process. Also, if a faulty item needs to be returned it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item is appropriately packaged for return to prevent damage. The cost of this packaging is not recoverable. It's best to keep the original packaging for all returns.
Change Of Mind Purchase: Please read the item description carefully before you place an order or contact us with any questions that you might have as we charge a restocking fee on most items please see below for costs. We only consider a change of mind refund request if this is made within 14 days after the item is delivered to the customer. You must notify us of a change of mind refund request within these 14 days. If this does not occur, the change of mind refund request could be rejected. We also need to verify the item is in its original condition, with the original packaging.
To verify this we will request images showing the item is unopened and in a re-sellable state, with all parts included as supplied by us ie. The item MUST be unused and be contained in the original packaging. Upon approval from our customer service team of the return, it is the responsibility of the customer to organise the safe return of the item to us at the address provided by our team. The return freight cost is to be paid by the customer and is non-refundable. However, if you need assistance please contact us prior to sending the goods back to confirm the cost of return for our courier booking service.
This cost will be deducted from the refund. For items sold as FREE shipping, freight in BOTH directions may be applicable. It is the buyer's responsibility for the return postage, this cost is non-refundable. Once the return is received by us and verified to be in the condition specified, a refund will be processed, the refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). Not As Advertised/Described Return: We need to verify the issue and will ask for images showing the product received and the SKU code on the packaging to verify the claim.
The item MUST be unused and be contained in the original packaging. Please be aware that your refund will be processed upon confirmation we have received the goods back in their original condition. A refund or replacement will NOT be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. If the customer sends the item back without approval, no refund will be given. The normal wear and tear of the product is not covered by this warranty. * All warranty claims must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from Customer Service - if you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your claim may not be accepted. In order to make a claim, please be prepared to provide Customer Service with: - 1. Details of the defect or damage in relation to which you are making a claim under the warranty. - 2.
Photographic evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable. - 3. Your classifieds board user id. And any other proof of purchase. - 4.
Any other details we may need to process your claim. CUSTOMER SERVICE It is our desire to always have every listed item actively in stock. Occasionally (but very seldom) due to high demand, short supply or human error we may be momentarily out of stock on an item.
