It's easy to set up and maintain and small enough to put just about anywhere, uses a 110 hook up so no wiring is needed, and the tub operates quietly so that will not wake the neighbors. It heats up 2-3 degree ever hour. I left the heat off for 20 hrs and it dropped only 4 degrees, though this will depend on what your outside temperature is, I'm sure.
