Upon receiving the item and examining the condition, we will send the appropriate refund via classifieds board (or Paypal if necessary). If your item did not arrive on time, please review your item's tracking on both classifieds board and the carrier's direct website prior to contacting us or classifieds board Customer Service. If your item has arrived damaged or contents missing, please document all information from the carrier and photos of the packaging so it can be submitted as a claim to the carrier. This includes keeping the packaging until the claim has been submitted and processed by the carrier. If an item is shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) and the tracking has not been updated in 7 days, it is officially considered lost and a missing mail claim can be submitted. Please be aware we (as the seller) or you (as the recipient) cannot submit a missing mail claim with USPS until 7 days have passed from the last tracking update.
If your item is shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) or FedEx, please open a case with classifieds board and send us all documentation of the damaged or missing item so we can submit a claim to the carrier directly. It is classifieds board policy that we should not send refunds until the package has been officially declared lost or damaged by the carrier. We want to resolve any issues as soon as possible while also ensuring we get properly reimbursed for any carrier issues that are out of our control.
