Shipping NOTE: All items with a declared value of $125.00 and above will require a signature upon delivery. This is to prevent theft and to ensure that the package arrives to the correct destination. ORM-D (Hazardous materials) products must be shipped ground. This may cause an increase in transit time resulting in a delayed delivery. Orders usually leave our warehouse within 2 business days.
We ship items out Monday through Saturday. We do our best to ship all items in a timely manner, but occasionally orders are delayed. This can be due to manufacturer backorder or a miscalculation of stock on our part. If a complication occurs you will be notified quickly and given the option of a refund. Please provide a physical address (not a PO Box) for large items.
Once your tracking number is received from our warehouse, it will appear on the transaction in your classifieds board account and you will be notified by email. Canadian Buyers - If your item qualifies for GSP see below, otherwise Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. Excise tax). These will be charged to you upon arrival.
International Buyers (GSP) - Packages are shipped internationally using classifieds board's Global Shipping Program. This means your shipping and customs fees will be calculated up front. All packages are shipped to a central location in the US where classifieds board handles all processing for international shipment. You will be provided with complete tracking from our store to you. Returns We offer a 30-day Standard Return Policy on our classifieds board orders. If you choose to return your product, you can arrange for this within 30 days of receiving it. To set up a return, email us and you will be provided with a return address. Returned products must be in their original, unopened package and must still be in new and unused condition. If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse.
You will be refunded the purchase price less any shipping fees incurred by us. A 15% restock fee may apply. Once the item has been received and inspected your return will be processed and completed. In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective product or an item that was damaged during shipping please call us and allow us to help. Depending on the situation we may be able to offer a refund, send a replacement, or direct you to the proper manufacturer channels.
