User manual included. Model is still available new from Canadian Spa at £8000, so any parts and servicing are not a problem if needed. Everything works as it should and is all in really good condition. We have used it minimally and shut it down most summers and used in the winter months.

Head rests were all replaced last year. It was serviced by Bubbles in Mansfield April last year plus a lifter purchased all at a cost of £520. Lifter included with the sale although one of the plastic hinges has a crack and will potentially need replacing at some point, cheap part though. 3 of the clips that lock the lid down have snapped but the other 5 are fine and still enable the lid to be locked in place. There is some sun fade here and there and a few scuff marks on the lid but otherwise everything is spot on.

Only selling due to house move and minimal usage. Spa has been drained down and disconnected from the electrics ready for removal. Hot tub will need hard wiring at new location as it will not run on13amp plug socket. Buyer is responsible for the collection and removal from the garden and i will help if needed. Spa will need to be transported on edge to go past the house. Size.
