Canadian Spa Wooden Hot Tub 7-8 Person Ottawa 909 Se Previous Service & Receipts This Hot Tub is in Good Working order (can be seen working) It is a 7-8 Person Tub. It is being used at present and being maintained at constant 36 Degrees. It has adjustable cycles etc via the BALBOA Digital control panel on the front. It does have some age related wear to it. It has a small leak only when the blower comes on (see pic) so nothing major.

The Grey cover is in really good condition and is lockable (has one missing strap). It comes with 35" Ceder step (nice chunky step/ solid construction) I will include any chemicals left over (i.e Chlorine Tablets pH Increase/ pH Decrease Granules etc) and also Chlorine Dispenser It has lots of service history with it and a receipts folder. It has had a Pump change and various parts. It comes with the original Manual and Instructions. Please see photos This is extremely heavy and would suggest that minimum 4 people are used to remove it.
