I have ordered an item by mistake but am yet to pay, can you cancel the order? When you commit to buy an item, classifieds board take a percentage of the bid from our account, if you then decide not to purchase the item it means the sale must be cancelled and a mutual no-sale aggreement procedure has to be implemented to recover our cost, this will incur a staff administration fee of £2 per cancelled item but no classifieds board strike will be issued I have bought and received an item but no longer want, can I return it?
