Can I change the delivery address for my order? Yes sure as long as we haven't already 'dispatched' the item. I haven't received my order yet, where is it? If the items 'estimated delivery' dates have been surpassed then please contact us and we can chase up the order. If the item was sent via tracked delivery then you can search the tracking number on the couriers website to see where the item is. During peak periods there may be a delay with delivery when the courier is exceptionally busy (i.e Christmas). Extreme weather may also have adverse affects on delivery times The item has not been delivered but the tracking information states the courier has tried twice and had no reply, but has left no calling card, how do I know they are not lying?
