Hot Tub, In Working Order. Requires Removal

Hot tub, in working order and in regular use by its previous owner until around 2 months ago but emptied and switched off since then. Recently refurbished by its previous owner at a cost of around £1000. Has apparently a slight leak - nothing significant and doesn’t stop it being used. Other than that I don't know much about it, there's no obvious make but I'm told that it's a Balboa if that means anything but can't guarantee that. It has two seats with headrests and space for another three people.

The dimensions are 2.1 x 2.4 x 1m. For sale as we inherited it with the house we’ve just moved into and won’t use it - we need the space. Please note carefully, the winning bidder will need to remove it from Codnor, Derbyshire. It is currently hard wired into a junction box and will need disconnecting. It will need to be turned onto its side to pass through an opening to get it onto the drive (see picture) - I think that it will just fit but can't guarantee that, it may need a crane or Hi-ab.
