This is the 4th time this has been listed, so please read this information before bidding or buying. You are bidding to BUY the hot tub, not bidding to come and view it, then not complete the transaction. Please note - this is an 8 PERSON hot tub, therefore IT IS LARGE!!!! One small person will NOT be able to carry it away, so DO NOT BID / BUY if you haven't got help or assistance to come and carry it away. You are bidding or buying the hot tub on the agreement that you will come and disconnect it and remove it from the premises.
You are not bidding for the right to come along, look at it and then tell me that you can't lift it out as it's too big! It seats 8 people for goodness sake, so expect it to be big and bulky and probably heavy! There is access to the property with a van, and you will be able to get a van to the back gate, but the hot tub will need to be carried across our garden and down some steps to the back gate. You are welcome to come and view the property and the tub before buying, to save us the continual messing about. We would prefer that and we are in Droitwich, Worcestershire.
The hot tub went into the garden between the trees where it is situated, therefore it stands to reason that it will be able to be taken out! Please be sensible and understand that it will take a bit of effort to lift it out - it will probably take 2-3 men to carry it. We are selling our hot tub after a few years use. It is in full working order, although we haven't used it in a couple of years, apart from to fill it and switch on to take these photos. I have tried to take photos to show the internal lights are working and the blowers / jets are working.
Seats 8 but its more comfortable with 6-7 people. Buyer can take the wooden surround as well, but this is not in such good condition and has wood filler in it, but there is plenty of wear left in it, although I expect someone would want to replace this. The listing is for the hottub and not the surround, but buyer welcome to take the wooden surround. It has been fully serviced up to the last 2 years. There is a very tiny slow leak which means the water goes down a couple of inches about every month.
The cost of repair to this was not worth the hassle of putting a small amount of extra water once a month, and it has been no trouble! Buyer will need to collect and dismantle. I don't know how to dismantle or disconnect. It will need someone who knows how to isolate the electricity to remove it. I don't think it is concreted in to the ground, but again I am not 100% sure if it is secured once you have removed the wooden panels.
Buyer will need to make sure they have the ability to remove and take away. Dimensions 78” width and depth (square) 36 “ height
