Hot Tub Arctic Spa Yukon is a well made/very well insulated (manufactured for minus 20 degrees centigrade Canadian conditions) The hot tub is the top of the range model and cost £12 000 new. It comes with a manual,New locking heat retention cover with key , chemicals, steps, electronic ph/chlorine tester,chlorine dispenser floater/chlorine tablets and new filters.It has just been serviced The hot tub has been well looked after. It has a fast heater which can be set to heat water between 26 and 40 degrees c It has seating for seven/eight including a king queen seat and a child seat. The Hot tub has Smart water system with ozone to keep the water clean with fewer chemicals Two powerful water pumps one is twin speed Neck, back,calf + feet hydrotherapy/water jets and a volcano jets. Multicoloured led underwater floodlight and fibre optic light up hand rail Steps New heat cover, plus Steps, Chemicals,new filters and electric Ph/Chlorine tester The cabinet is rosewood coloured.

The shell is Lunar light grey. The cover is new all the jets work fine the hot tub has just been serviced The hot tub measures 220cm x 220cm and is 90cm high ( approx 7.5 x 7.5 feet square and 3 feet high ) If you wish to buy the hot tub please could you check you have adequate access to where you would like the hot tub placing ( the tub will need a flat area to stand on ) The hot tub would need at least 100cm wide paths and 250cm high clearance ideally with not too many steps, trees or pipes etc in the way Please ring if unsure. The tub will need wiring by an electrician and needs a 32 amp supply with an outside rotary switch. We can deliver the hot tub free of charge to most postcodes but please ring if you live inside the M25 or you live off the beaten track.
