For Sale again(due to Non Paying High Bidder)my Arctic Spa Yukon - 7 seats 2 pumps Air Blower and music. 7ft x 7ft with Cedar Wood Cabinet and forever floor.The forever floor means it can sit on any level surface - grass, slabs, etc.You do not need to lay a concrete base as this spa has its own floor. Great seating in this spa even a little kiddies seat in the corner. Arctic Spas are fully accessible with perimeter insulation - each door can be removed for access to the internal workings of the spa. If and when you need to maintain the spa this is the best option compared to a Foam filled hot tub.

The spa has 2 pumps and an air blower, the 1st pump has 2 speeds and the 2nd 1 speed.This spa also benefits from having amplifier and music system with colour changing northern lights. The spa has been out of use for about 10 months - I expect that it would benefit from re-commissioning (fill and flush and perhaps a service). Having worked for a Hot Tub company I would expect to change the Flo switch (probably £20-30) they stick after time, probably seal a couple weeping pipes (expansion and contraction can result in the odd weep from a pipe or seal). The cover is in good shape, - castcore cover, you can walk on this, or even have about 10 people stand on it, its robust and the best there is. It comes with a cover lifter too, I have some wooden steps but they need sanding and cleaning.

Arctic spas HQ is approx 3 miles from my property - you could ask them to service it prior to purchase (at your cost). You will need to move the hot tub and be responsible for all costs associated with removal- access to rear garden is fine, once on its side it will have no trouble getting out of my garden, no steps, no steep incline just flat surface down the side of my house - you are responsible for moving the spa, please remember this is approx 500kg dry.
