These products are delivered to the front of the driveway, not to the garage or installation site. The trucking company is not responsible to transport your items anywhere other than the front of your driveway. Additional freight charges may apply in certain rural or special access areas. -All returns requests must be completed through the classifieds board return system. -Returns must be in brand new condition: unused, uninstalled products that include the original manuals, warranty card(s), and packaging. The packaging must be resealed with clear packing tape. If a product is not returned in the conditions outlined above, a product loss fee may be applied. The product loss fee is determined once the item is returned.
This fee can range from 20%-50%.
